It is legal to have “volunteers” for a MN Company ask for and review potential job applications? These people, who live in other states, are neither paid for nor on the Board of Directors fot this company.

1) Who decides whether it will be an action or advertisement foreclosure?

2) Is that decision based on anything? For example personal finances? Assets? Amount Owed on loan?

3) When do they let you know which one it is? After one missed payment? Two?

Is there a way to obtain non-profit recognition from the IRS without filing a 1023?

We are a free church, we understand that we do not need to file a 501c3 or 1023 form, but in order to be recognized as a charity by the registry of charitable trusts, is there no other way to obtain recognition either by them of the IRS without filing the 1023?

If I could use information from Facebook, I could prove all sorts of things.

The other party has commented on my wall, posted comments on his wall, and sent me “direct messages” on Facebook with information I would like to use in court. Is this okay?

This Facebook evidence could be very incriminating for him. I would love to let the judge hear what he has been saying on Facebook. Can I use Facebook photos too? What can I enter as evidence in to court?

A landscape contractor gave me a written estimate. When the job was over he sent me a bill for 3 times that amount. Is this legal?

The written estimate was for $2,500. When it was over (8 months later) he gave me a bill for $7,500. What Minnesota statutes are being violated? Is it a criminal offense?

I was accused of selling stolen property. One person wrote a statement saying I sold it to her. This happened at my job where the item was stolen. I had also written it up that it was missing before the cops came because one of the residents told me. What should I do?
