- Your legal writing skills are superior, and you probably served on law review.
- You worked at a large law firm.
- You have 5+ years experience as a business attorney.
- You are experienced with issues affecting small companies.

- You are self-motivated and can work diligently independently.
- You are confident, yet humble, and don’t take yourself too seriously.
- You might have a book of business you can bring with you.
WHO ARE WE?
We are a small team of attorneys, in our late-30s, who found that treating clients how we would want to be treated has resulted in 30-80% growth each year.
We want the best representation for our clients, and are willing to share the profits with like-minded attorneys who want to share the work. In April, we move into 13 new Class A offices in the AT&T Tower in Minneapolis, which will accommodate continued growth.
COMPENSATION:
One-third of your billable revenue. Compensation for your first year is projected to be $110,000+, with the second year increasing by $15,000 to $40,000.
