Rule 16. Misdemeanor

Prosecution by IndictmentIn misdemeanor cases prosecuted by indictment, Rule 19 (Warrant or Summons Upon Indictment) governs to the extent that it conflicts with those rules that would otherwise govern the misdemeanor prosecution.
