22.01 ProcedureThe court sua sponte, or upon notice of motion and motion of a party pursuant to Rule 15, may join a person or entity as a party if the court finds that joinder is:(a) necessary for a just and complete resolution of the matter; and(b) in the best interests of the child.The moving party shall serve the motion upon all parties and the person proposed to be joined.
