RULE 39.EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE CARE PROCEEDINGS TIMELINEIf a child has been removed from the home of the parent or legal custodian pursuant to Rule 40, the court shall hold an emergency protective care hearing within 72 hours of the child’s removal.
