Rule 207. Affidavit of
No Answer and Court Administrator’s Certificate of DefaultThe default of defendants who fail to appear and answer shall be shown by the certificate of the court administrator of the district court in which the action is filed, and by the affidavit of the applicant’s lawyer, if the applicant appears by lawyer; otherwise by the applicant’s affidavit.
