§ 116X.05 — Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund Community Grant Advisory Council; Reporting

Plain-Language Summary

The council must include members from Ojibwe and Dakota Tribes, communities of color, and a mix of rural, suburban, and urban areas. Council meetings are open to the public.

Practical Notes
The advisory council reviews grant applications and recommends improvements to the program but does not make final grant decisions. Members serve three-year terms and receive per diem pay. Registered lobbyists cannot serve on the council.
