§ 14.27 — Publication of Adopted Rule; Effective Date

A rule adopted without a public hearing takes effect when the notice of adoption is published in the State Register, following the same rules as section 14.18 for rules adopted after a hearing.
14.27 PUBLICATION OF ADOPTED RULE; EFFECTIVE DATE.
The rule is effective upon publication of the notice of adoption in the State Register in the same manner as provided for adopted rules in section 14.18.

Practical Notes
The effective date of a rule adopted without a hearing is five working days after the State Register publishes the notice of adoption, the same as for rules adopted after a hearing.
