§ 144A.18 — Administrator's Licenses; Penalty

144A.18 ADMINISTRATOR’S LICENSES; PENALTY.
No person shall act as a nursing home administrator or purport to be a nursing home administrator unless that person is licensed by the Board of Executives for Long Term Services and Supports. A violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
