§ 157.011 — Rules

157.011 RULES.
§
Subdivision 1.Establishments.
The commissioner shall adopt rules establishing standards for food and beverage service establishments, hotels, motels, lodging establishments, and resorts. §
Subd. 2.Certification of food service managers.
The commissioner shall:
(1) adopt rules for certification requirements for managers of food service operations; and
(2) establish in rule, criteria for training and certification. §
Subd. 3.Rule exemption.
Notwithstanding any rule to the contrary, no food establishment shall be required to acquire equipment or change construction solely because ownership of the food establishment has been transferred.
