§ 168.211 — Subjection to State Laws Generally

Vehicles operating in Minnesota under reciprocity agreements must still follow all Minnesota laws that apply to vehicles owned by Minnesota residents, except where the reciprocity agreement specifically provides an exemption.
168.211 SUBJECTION TO STATE LAWS GENERALLY.
All vehicles operated in Minnesota pursuant to sections 168.181 to 168.221 shall be subject to all provisions of law applicable to vehicles owned or operated by Minnesota residents except to the extent that exemption is provided from said laws by such sections.

Practical Notes
Even if your vehicle is registered in another state under a reciprocity agreement, you must still follow all Minnesota driving and vehicle laws.
