§ 169.891 — Jurisdiction; Limitation of Actions

Actions to recover damages for road or bridge damage from overweight vehicles must be filed within the time limits set by this section.

169.891 JURISDICTION; LIMITATION OF ACTIONS.

Courts which heretofore have had jurisdiction over misdemeanors have the same jurisdiction over petty misdemeanors. §

The period for commencing an action against any person for a petty misdemeanor shall be the same as that for a misdemeanor.
