§ 176.271 — Initiation of Proceedings

176.271 INITIATION OF PROCEEDINGS.
§
Subdivision 1.Written petition.
Unless otherwise provided by this chapter or by the commissioner, all proceedings under this chapter are initiated by the filing of a written petition on a prescribed form with the department or office. All claim petitions shall include the information required by section 176.291. §
