§ 192A.47 — Cruelty and Maltreatment

192A.47 CRUELTY AND MALTREATMENT.
Any person subject to this code who acts cruelly, oppressively or maltreats any individual subject to the person’s orders or control shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
