§
Subdivision 1.Violation; penalty.
Any person subject to this code who willfully, wrongfully, or through gross negligence hazards or allows to be hazarded any vessel or aircraft of the armed forces of the United States or of the state military forces shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. §
Subd. 2.
