§ 192A.60 — Conduct Unbecoming an Officer

192A.60 CONDUCT UNBECOMING AN OFFICER.
Any commissioned officer who does or omits to do certain acts that, under the circumstances, constitute conduct unbecoming an officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
