§ 214.073 — Health-related Licensing Boards; Authority

214.073 HEALTH-RELATED LICENSING BOARDS; AUTHORITY.
Each health-related licensing board, as defined in section 214.01, subdivision 2, and the commissioner of health, as the regulator for speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and hearing instrument dispensers, shall require an applicant on or after August 1, 2012, to provide the individual’s primary business address at the time of initial application and all subsequent renewals.
