Volunteer providers register with the administrative services unit and agree to work without pay. Eligible facilities must primarily serve uninsured or underinsured patients. The program provides malpractice insurance for volunteers who do not already have coverage.

Practical Notes

The program provides malpractice insurance if you do not have your own. Facilities must register and pay a $50 annual fee to participate.
