§ 240A.09 — Plan Development; Criteria

New facility grants are capped at $250,000. Rehabilitation grants for air quality max at $200,000 and R-22 elimination at $250,000-$500,000. Half of grants must go to greater Minnesota. Prime ice time is 4-10 PM weekdays and 9 AM-8 PM weekends. Higher education institutions are not eligible.
