§ 300.74 — Procedure When No Response Received
Plain-Language Summary
If the accused filer does not respond within the deadline, the filing is deemed fraudulent and a final order is issued.
300.74 PROCEDURE WHEN NO RESPONSE RECEIVED.
If the filer does not respond within the time period under section 300.73, the office must deem the filing fraudulent and issue a final order as provided under section 300.76.
