§
Subdivision 1.Filing may be required.
In a proceeding under section 317A.751 to dissolve a corporation, the court may require creditors and claimants of the corporation to file their claims pursuant to section 576.49. The receiver or any party in interest may object to any claim pursuant to section 576.50. §
