§ 340A.310 — Sales by Wholesalers

340A.310 SALES BY WHOLESALERS.
A wholesaler may sell intoxicating liquor or 3.2 percent malt liquor only to municipal liquor stores, government instrumentalities, or holders of alcoholic beverage licenses issued under this chapter.

Practical Notes
Only certain licensed businesses can buy from a wholesaler. If you run a bar or liquor store, you must buy your alcohol from a licensed Minnesota wholesaler.
