§ 340A.509 — Local Restrictions

This section addresses the use of false identification by persons under 21 to purchase alcohol. Using a fake ID to buy alcohol is a crime.

340A.509 LOCAL RESTRICTIONS.

A local authority may impose further restrictions and regulations on the sale and possession of alcoholic beverages within its limits.
