Subdivision 1.Scope.
Unless the language or context clearly indicates that a different meaning is intended, the words defined in this section as used in this chapter have the meanings given them. §
Subd. 2.Board; state board.
“Board” or “state board” means the Board of Animal Health. §
Subd. 3.
