§ 398.37 — Provisions Are Supplementary

Declares that the county park provisions in sections 398.31 to 398.36 are supplementary to and do not repeal existing law.
398.37 PROVISIONS ARE SUPPLEMENTARY.
The provisions of sections 398.31 to 398.36 shall not repeal or supersede any existing law except so far as in direct conflict therewith, but shall be supplementary thereto.
