2025 Session Last amended: 1997 session

§ 41B.07 — Rules

Plain-Language Summary

This section gives the Rural Finance Authority the power to adopt rules for running its programs efficiently. The rules must be consistent with the Rural Finance Authority Act.

Practical Notes
This means the authority can create detailed regulations and procedures beyond what is written in the statutes, as long as those rules do not conflict with the law. These administrative rules fill in the practical details of how loan programs work.
