§ 500.215 — Limits on Certain Residential Property Rights Prohibited; Flag Display

Homeowners associations and other rules cannot prohibit you from displaying the United States flag or the Minnesota state flag at your home. There are limited exceptions for health and safety, flag size, placement, and condition.
