§ 504B.301 — Eviction Action for Unlawful Detention

504B.301 EVICTION ACTION FOR UNLAWFUL DETENTION.
A person may be evicted if the person has unlawfully or forcibly occupied or taken possession of real property or unlawfully detains or retains possession of real property.
