§ 515B.1-113 — Obligation of Good Faith

515B.1-113 OBLIGATION OF GOOD FAITH.
Every contract or duty governed by this chapter imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance or enforcement.

If someone violates this law and harms you, the court should try to make you whole, but extra punishment damages are limited.
