2025 Session Last amended: 2013 session

§ 90.121 — Intermediate Auction Sales; Maximum Lots of 3,000 Cords

Plain-Language Summary

Allows the commissioner to sell timber in smaller lots up to 3,000 cords at public auction, with limits on how many tracts one bidder can win.

Practical Notes
No bidder can win more than 25% of tracts in the first round. This gives smaller operators a better chance to buy state timber.
