§ 103C.221 — Changing Location of Principal Office

103C.221 CHANGING LOCATION OF PRINCIPAL OFFICE.
The location of the principal office of the district may be changed after the adoption of a resolution by a majority of the district board stating the new location within the district and by filing a certified copy of the resolution with the secretary of state.
