§ 103D.521 — Rights Assured Due Process of Law

103D.521 RIGHTS ASSURED DUE PROCESS OF LAW.
A person may not be deprived or divested under this chapter of a previously established beneficial use or right without due process of law.

This section provides a constitutional protection for property owners. If a watershed district action threatens your existing water rights, you are entitled to notice and a chance to be heard before those rights can be taken away.
