2025 Session Last amended: 1995 session

§ 103D.531 — Continuance of Hearings

Plain-Language Summary

If the board, managers, or court do not show up for a scheduled watershed district hearing, the hearing is continued to a new date. This does not affect anyone's authority over the case.

Practical Notes
If a hearing is missed or rescheduled, the case does not have to start over. The board, managers, or court keep their authority and simply reschedule. Parties should be notified of the new hearing date.
