§ 103D.539 — Informal Resolution of Disputes

Before filing a formal appeal or lawsuit against a watershed district decision, any interested party can ask to meet with the Board of Water and Soil Resources' dispute resolution committee to try to resolve the issue informally.
103D.539 INFORMAL RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES.
An interested party may request a meeting with the dispute resolution committee of the Board of Water and Soil Resources to informally resolve a dispute before initiating a declaratory judgment action or an appeal under sections 103D.535 and 103D.537.
