§ 103D.551 — Enforcing Rules and Orders

Plain-Language Summary

The district court can enforce the Watershed Law and any rules or orders issued by watershed district managers through injunctions or other court orders.

Practical Notes
If someone is violating a watershed district rule or order, the district can ask the court for an injunction to stop the violation. This gives watershed districts a powerful enforcement tool beyond just criminal prosecution.
