103D.805 FILING MANAGERS’ ORDER ESTABLISHING PROJECT.
An order of the managers establishing the project and authorizing construction must immediately be filed with the secretary or administrator of the watershed district, and a certified copy of the order must be filed with the auditor of each county affected, the board, the commissioner, the director, the Pollution Control Agency, and the commissioner of health.
