§
Subdivision 1.Eligibility.
An entire river or a segment of a river and adjacent lands in this state that possess outstanding scenic, recreational, natural, historical, scientific, or similar values are eligible for inclusion within the Minnesota wild and scenic rivers system. §
Subd. 2.Classification.
Rivers or segments of rivers included within the system shall be classified as wild, scenic, or recreational.
