§ 103G.001 — Citation; Water Law

Chapters 103A through 103G together make up Minnesota's Water Law.

103G.001 CITATION; WATER LAW.

Chapters 103A, 103B, 103C, 103D, 103E, 103F, and 103G constitute the water law of this state and may be cited as the “Water Law.”
