§ 103H.280 — Supplemental Authority

103H.280 SUPPLEMENTAL AUTHORITY.
The authority of the Pollution Control Agency and the commissioner of agriculture in this chapter is supplemental to other authority given by law and does not restrict other authorities.

Practical Notes
This section provides backup authority for groundwater protection. Even if other laws do not fully address a groundwater issue, this section gives the state the power to take action. It ensures there are no gaps in the state’s ability to protect groundwater.
