§ 103I.515 — Licenses Not Transferable

Practical Notes
A well contractor’s license belongs only to the person or business that applied for and received it. If a business is sold or changes ownership, the new owner must apply for their own license. This rule prevents unqualified parties from using someone else’s credentials.
