§ 116X.01 — Definitions

Subdivision 1.Applicability.
The definitions in this section apply to this chapter. §
Subd. 2.Advisory council.
“Advisory council” means the council created under section 116X.05. §
Subd. 3.Commissioner.
“Commissioner” means the commissioner of natural resources. §
Subd. 4.Grant program.
“Grant program” means the program established under section 116X.03.
