This section keeps confidential information that the state commissioner of health receives through inspections authorized under sections 144.50 to 144.56. That confidential information may not be disclosed, with one exception: it can be disclosed in a proceeding involving the question of licensure.
144.58 INFORMATION, CONFIDENTIAL.
Information of a confidential nature received by the state commissioner of health through inspections and authorized under sections 144.50 to 144.56 shall not be disclosed except in a proceeding involving the question of licensure.
