§ 144.9981 — Climate Resiliency

Directs the commissioner of health to implement a climate resiliency program. The program increases awareness of climate change, tracks the public health impacts of climate change and extreme weather events, provides technical assistance and tools to local and Tribal health departments and other organizations, and coordinates with the Pollution Control Agency, natural resources, agriculture, and other state agencies on climate resiliency planning.
