Practical Notes
This reporting requirement helps the state track salvage vehicles leaving Minnesota, which may be rebuilt and retitled in other states. Dealers who fail to report timely face potential license compliance issues. Buyers taking salvage vehicles out of state should expect the dealer to make this report.
