§
Subdivision 1.Creation.
The Division of Labor Standards in the Department of Labor and Industry is supervised and controlled by the commissioner of labor and industry. §
Subd. 2.Powers and duties.
The Division of Labor Standards shall administer this chapter and chapters 181, 181A, and 184. §
