§ 142A.30 — Child Support Obligor Community Service Work Experience Program

Parents who owe child support and are physically able to work but fail to pay can be ordered into a community work experience program for up to 32 hours per week and 6 weeks per contempt finding. If they are already employed 32+ hours per week, they cannot be required to participate.
