3E.03 APPLICABILITY.
This chapter applies to all legal material in an electronic record that is designated as official under section 3E.04 and first published electronically on or after January 1, 2015.

Practical Notes
Legal material published electronically before January 1, 2015, is not subject to these authentication and preservation requirements. This date marks when the new standards for electronic legal publishing took effect in Minnesota.
