475A.02 DEFINITIONS.

§

Subdivision 1.Terms.

Except as provided in this section the terms contained in sections 475A.01 to 475A.06 shall have the meanings given them by section 475.51. §

Subd. 2.Municipality.

“Municipality” means any city, town, county, school district or any political subdivision of the state which has the authority to issue general obligations. §

Subd. 3.Guaranteed bond.

“Guaranteed bond” means a general obligation bond of a municipality including a statement approved by the commissioner of management and budget as provided in section 475A.03.
