§ 142A.415 — Acceptance of Federal Funds and Other Donations

142A.415 ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL FUNDS AND OTHER DONATIONS.
The commissioner may accept federal money and gifts, donations, and bequests for the purposes of sections 142A.41 to 142A.416 and 144.226, subdivision 3. Money so received and proceeds from the sale of promotional items, minus sales promotional costs, must be deposited in the trust fund and must be made available to the commissioner.
