§ 142G.58 — Postsecondary Education as Approved Work Activity

Postsecondary education (college or vocational training) can count as an approved MFIP work activity if the program lasts four years or less. You must maintain satisfactory grades and make progress toward completing your program. Your job counselor will help you evaluate whether the program is a good fit.
